DEKALB — A DeKalb resident was charged with driving while intoxicated following a property-damage accident on CR 17, according to state police.
Louis D. Carver, 25, was charged at 11:18 p.m. with first-offense DWI, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, moving from a lane unsafely, driving while using a portable electronic device and driving without a license, police said.
No injuries were reported.
Police said their investigation is still open.
Carver was cited and released.
