POTSDAM -- SUNY Potsdam's Crane School of Music will present a special faculty recital highlighting compositions by Keith Gates, including two newly restored works, on Thursday, Sept. 14 at 7:30 p.m. in the Sara M. Snell Music Theater.
Julie Miller, an instructor of piano at Crane, will lead the performance.
She is a specialist in the works of Gates, and was his colleague and duet partner at McNeese State University from 1991 to 2003, prior to joining the Crane faculty.
Miller will be joined by Dr. Samantha Stinson and Dr. Lonel Woods for the vocal works on the recital.
This concert is free, and the public is invited to attend.
