COLTON -- The Colton Historical Society will host a reception with new museum exhibits following the School Day Cabaret at Zion Episcopal Church on Friday.
The photo shows Bill Riehl of the project's steering committee with two new posters to be displayed starting Friday.
The posters created for the Colton Museum are based upon historical research done last year about the 1940s and World War II in particular. The project this year focuses on schoolhouses before the Colton-Pierrepont Central School District was formed 70 years ago.
