The Golden Knights improved to 2-0 on the season. The team takes on Houghton College next Saturday at Hantz Turf Field.
The six goals that Clarkson scored were the most since a 8-0 win over Cazenovia on October 15, 2007, a stretch of 52 games.
The Golden Knights got on the board in the 15th minute when Cailey Nieto (Chatham, NY) took the ball down the right side and delivered it to a centering Megan Strijek (Schenectady, NY) who one touched it past John Jay’s goalkeeper Andrea Antoni.
