POTSDAM — Clarkson University will host the annual Warrior Fest on Jan. 15.
This event celebrates and supports the contributions of veterans in the North Country. This event is open to the public and is fun for the whole family. Reminder, masks are required in Cheel Arena.
Warrior Fest is from 3-5 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 15.
The event will feature several raffles and giveaways and a sled hockey match between the Fort Drum Wounded Warriors and the Central NY Flyers. The puck drops at 3 p.m. in Cheel Arena.
The sled hockey game will be preceded by the regular Fort Drum Mountaineers hockey team playing in a contest against cadets in Clarkson’s nationally ranked Army and Air Force ROTC programs at 1:15 p.m.
The cost per person over the age of 12 is $5, and children under 12 are free. Family packs are available for $10.
Clarkson season ticket holders enter for free as a contribution has already been made as part of their package.
The first 200 tickets sold will include a free hot dog and popcorn.
