The Knights sit tied for first place in the ECAC and can take the outright lead tonight with a point, heading into their weekend showdown with St. Lawrence on the 15th and 16th.
Clarkson jumped out to an early lead for the second straight night, but Quinnipiac was able to battle back again to force overtime. This time, the Bobcats were able to grab the extra league point when they scored off the rush to win the game. Kris Oldham made a season high 43 saves for Clarkson.
This afternoon at 4:00 pm, the Knights wrap up their 3 game series with Quinnipiac looking to take the series and sole possession for the league lead.
