Senior forward George Koduah (Accra, Ghana) was a key component for the Clarkson University Men's Basketball team last week, helping the Golden Knights to a 2-0 week, and was named as a Liberty League Performer of the Week on Monday.
Koduah tied a career-high with 18 points in a 98-60 win against Paul Smith's, producing a double-double in less than 20 minutes. In a 61-50 victory over Elmira, Koduah was unstoppable down the stretch and tossed in 14 points on 7-for-10 shooting against the Soaring Eagles. He shot 70.0% from the floor (14-for-20) for the week and averaged 6.5 rebounds in the two wins.
This season, Koduah ranks third on the team in scoring (10.8 ppg) and is 16th in the conference. His 66.7% field goal percentage leads the Liberty League by a wide margin.
