BRASHER FALLS -- There will be a workshop for adults living with chronic health problems at LBSH housing that starts April 24.
"I Can Feel Better" is a six-week program that runs until May 29 with sessions running from 9 to 11:30 a.m.
It focuses on breaking the symptom cycle and improving quality of life.
Refreshments are served, all participants receive a free copy of the book “Living a Healthy Live with Chronic Conditions.”

A statement from The Health Initiative says the event is supported by the St. Lawrence County Office for the Aging, the New York State Office for the Aging and the Administration for Community Living.
