PITCIARN – A Canton teen has been sent to jail without bail after allegedly stealing a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado truck from a residence in Pitcairn.
State police charged Austin R. Provost, 17, of 1124 Irish Settlement Rd., Canton, with fourth degree grand larceny on Sunday.
He was arraigned in Fowler Town Court and sent to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility without bail, police said. Provost is to face the charge in court on Aug. 17.
