POTSDAM -- Canton-Potsdam Hospital’s Fibromyalgia Support Group will meet on Monday, July 23, at 6:30 p.m. on the second floor of Clarkson Hall, Center for Health Sciences, 59 Main St.
Featured is a guided meditation with the Enchanted Garden, by Sheila Applegate. They will listen to the 30 minute meditation, then discuss the role of reflection and meditation in managing chronic illness.
