POTSDAM -- Canton-Potsdam Hospital hosted “You’re Sweet Enough,” an information expo and lecture with Endocrinologist Dr. Paul Tejera on Nov. 7, as part of CPH’s “National Diabetes Awareness Month” activities.
The event was attended by 20 people who learned about blood sugar management and its impact on the endocrine system and kidneys.
Other presenters included diabetes educator Katherine Calcagno, dietician Lauren Smith, occupational therapist Brittany DiSalvo and pharmacy resident Lauren Cox.
