CANTON -- A Canton man was charged with a felony following a burglary investigation stemming from an Oct. 12 incident, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.
Aaron J. Lavean, 36, was charged with third-degree burglary, felony, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, officers said.
The charges stemmed from a complaint from a business on Finnegan Road.
Levean allegedly entered the business and unlawfully drove a vehicle out of the business.
He was also arrested on a warrant, officers said.
Lavean was arraigned by Judge Morgan of Canton court and released on his own recognizance, deputies said.
