CANTON – The Church & Community Program thrift store, at the corner of Main Street and Riverside Drive, is starting Wild Wednesdays on Wednesday, May 23, which will feature a special sale each week.
Shoppers may be able to take advantage of buy-one-get-one-free, half off, spin the wheel and other sales, said a press release from the program.
The program will has raffle tickets available for Lights on the River’s fundraiser for a 5-by-5-feet child’s playhouse at a cost of three for $5. The drawing is Aug. 1. The fundraiser benefits food pantries in St. Lawrence County.
The program needs volunteers in the pantry as well as thrift shop. Talk with Director Connie Jenkins about opportunities.
Both the thrift shop and pantry will be closed on Memorial Day, May 28.
