POTSDAM — A 'Building Better Bones' education and exercise four-session workshop series will be held on Wednesdays from 1:30-3 p.m. at Clarkson Hall, 59 Main St. on May 24, May 31, June 7, and June 14.
Conducted by the Clarkson University Doctor of Physical Therapy program, participants will learn how to improve bone strength and avoid falls/fractures.
All ability levels are welcome.
