PARISHVILLE -- Buckley John Riggs, age 60, of Pilot Point, Texas passed away on Wednesday, September 6, 2023.

Graveside services with military honors for Buckley will be held on May 3, 2024, at 1 pm with Rev. Joseph Giroux at the Chapel Hill Cemetery in Parishville, NY.
