MASSENA – A Breath-Body-Mind for Health and Welless class will be held for six consecutive Thursdays Jan. 11-Feb. 15, from 3:30-4:30 p.m. at the Nicandri Nature Center, 19 Robinson Bay Rd.
The sessions are free and led by Margaret Dunn, who will teach relaxation techniques, simple breathing and movement exercises.
Students are advised to wear comfortable clothing, dress in layers, water bottle and small blanket.
Yoga mats will be available for use.
Exercises can be done sitting in a chair.
