POTSDAM — A beginner waltz class with Todd Moe will be offered Monday, Dec. 4, from 4:30-5:30 p.m., at the Potsdam Public Library.
Cost is $10 per participant.
Never waltzed before but would like to try? Bring a dance partner and join Todd Moe for a one-hour beginning waltz lesson. You’ll learn some basic waltz steps, ballroom etiquette, and get ready to dance along with the waltz music performed by the North Country Folk Orchestra on Wednesday, Dec. 6.
This class is designed for the very beginner. Nothing fancy. Just the basics. Please wear flat or leather soled shoes - no sneakers
or boots.
Todd Moe was a dance TA in college. For years, he and Megan Smith helped introduce people to the joys of ballroom dancing during “Tango with Todd” and the local ensemble “Piquant!”
