CANTON -- The free library’s 11th Battle of the Books competition is Saturday, May 6, at 10 a.m. at the First Presbyterian Church on the Park.
Over the past months, 10 teams of local students in grades 4-6 have read a selected list of twenty chapter books.
Their knowledge of the books will be tested at the battle, which is a double elimination tournament.
The event is free to attend and open to the public.
