POTSDAM -- The St. Lawrence County Arts Council seeks artists for a new exhibit titled “Peace Framed.”
This will be the inaugural show for the SLC Arts Gallery at the Potsdam Town Hall, 18 Elm Street.
The exhibit will open Sept. 20 with a reception featuring poetry reading from Poetry for Peace.
Artists from the area are invited to submit two-dimensional, mixed-media work for a juried show celebrating ‘2013 International Peace Day.’
Artists can submit up to three images online at https://slcarts.submittable.com/submit or via email at arts@slcartscouncil.org, subject: peace framed.
A gallery fee of $15 per artist for SLC Arts members and $35 for non-members is required to help support the exhibit.
