COLTON — The Adirondack Park Paranormal Society will hold its annual haunted house charity fundraiser at Colton Fireman's Field, 385 Hanson Rd. on 13 and 14 from 6-10 p.m. or later.
In previous years the organization has raised funds for a local child’s extensive medical bills for her cancer treatment, the Potsdam Snack Pack Program, and recently the Town of Colton’s food pantry and community center.
This year the group is helping to raise funds for the Colton Volunteer Fire Department to aid them in purchasing a new ambulance.
The first weekend will be a more child/family friendly haunted house.
The second weekend will be an all out scare house for adults in honor of it being Friday the 13th weekend.
Cost at the gate: $10 (ages 10 and up), $5 for first responders with valid ID, free for children younger than 10.
