POTSDAM — Congregation Beth El will be hosting its 41st Annual Jewish Food Festival on Sunday, Dec. 3, from 11 a.m.–3 p.m. at the synagogue on 81 Market St. in the village of Potsdam.

The Festival is open to everyone in the North Country and to all faiths.

This fundraiser will feature live Klezmer music, food, a raffle, and a holiday gift sale. On the main floor, there will be music, a bakery sale, a raffle, and gift shop.

The bakery features fresh breads, sweets, and challah for purchase from Montreal, as well as home-baked foods.

The gift shop has a variety of Hanukkah items such as candles, dreidels, menorahs, decorations, and jewelry.

Also available will be gifts for adults and children of all ages - get your holiday shopping done early.

Downstairs will be set up as a traditional style Kosher-style restaurant featuring latkes and blintzes, bagels and cream cheese, soup with matzo balls, hummus, potato knishes, falafel in pita and kugel.

There will be New York-style cheesecake, homemade chocolate cake and almond cookies.

Proceeds from sales help support our religious school and congregation.
