POTSDAM —The SUNY Potsdam men’s hockey team will host a three-on-three hockey league on Saturdays and Sundays from April 5 to June 8.
Players from six through 15 will compete against other teams in their own age groups.
The five age groups are Mite 1 (players born during 2007 or 2008), Mite 2 (2005-06), Squirt (2003-04), PeeWee (2001-02), and Bantam (1999-2000).
Each team will have a minimum of seven players and a maximum of 10 with at least one goalie. Coaches are responsible for supervision and instruction of their own players.
Complete game schedules will be released on March 28. All game times will be between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. at Maxcy Hall Arena. Teams should expect to play a minimum of one game per weekend.
The cost is $100 per player. Registration will entitle players to a $25 discount if they want to attend Bears Hockey Camp this summer.
Players can sign up at clear.potsdam.edu or call 267-2167 to pay by phone with a debit or credit card or complete and return a registration form to SUNY Potsdam.
Players must register by March 24 in order to participate.
