Middlebury College rolled to a 9-0 win over St. Lawrence University's women's squash team on Saturday at the Robie Squash Center as the Saints dropped to 3-9 on the season with a match against Williams to go before Howe Cup competition in mid-February.
St. Lawrence, ranked 26th nationally, did not win a game against the 11th-ranked Panthers, who improve to 12-3 on the season.
Jen Hearn lost to Elena Laird at one, Abby Jenkins of Middlebury turned back Frances Robinson at two, Virginia Shannon beat Molly Caplan at three and Kathryn Bostwick topped Mimi O'Connor at four.
Molly Hubbard prevailed over Kendall Harty at five, Lindsay Becker beat Corey McHugh at six, Amanda Chen topped Charlotte Edson at seven, Jamie Burchfield beat Patty Poekel at eight and Katie Hayes beat Hannah Corkery at nine. Parker Benedict also lost in the exhibition match at ten.
