Last weekend we went for a ride to enjoy the beautiful North Country summer. I was very disappointed to see the countryside littered with hundreds of campaign signs, especially so long before Labor Day. Many of them have been out for weeks, and I find them a particularly ugly addition to our North Country scenery. I intend not to vote for any candidate who litters our countryside with this clutter so early, and I urge my fellow North Country voters to do the same thing. Campaign signs are tolerable after Labor Day, but not before!
