Morristown, Gouverneur, Heuvelton firefighters save Macomb home, dogs

A house in Macomb was saved from being a total loss and three dogs were rescued at a fire in Macomb Wednesday afternoon. The fire was reportedly knocked down quickly and crews began overhaul operations.  Morristown Fire Chief Jay Moore said 'the fire crews did a great job knocking the fire down quickly and saved the residence.'
