POTSDAM — The village of Potsdam is planning to submit a proposal to Congresswoman Elise Stefanik for a $1,245,000 grant through the Community Projects Fund for the construction of a salt/sand storage shed at the Village of Potsdam DPW, 120 Cherry Street.
According to a resolution passed by the village board at their meeting April 5, the village commits to provide up to $75,000 in force account labor and equipment to the project.
The mayor or in his absence, the deputy mayor, is authorized to execute the grant application and any resulting grant agreement.
