St. Lawrence County Public Health reports two more individuals have died due to COVID over the weekend.

1. On the SAME DAY you test POSITIVE, call St. Lawrence County Public Health at 315-386-2325.
You MUST report a positive home test to Public Health within 48 HOURS to receive your isolation orders.
2. Take a picture of your results.
3. Send picture, your name, and date you tested to 315-454-2363 or SLCCOVID19SharedMailBox@stlawco.org.
4. Stay home and if possible, away from other household members.
5. You will be contacted by St. Lawrence County Public Health or NYS Contact Tracing Team - 518-387-9993.
