The Police Benevolent Association of the New York State Troopers once again endorsed Congresswoman Elise Stefanik for re-election. The NYS Troopers PBA advocates for their 6,000 members to help increase safety protocols for troopers so they can safely and effectively protect and serve our communities.

“The Police Benevolent Association of the New York State Troopers is proud to once again announce our endorsement of Elise Stefanik for reelection to Congress,” said Thomas H. Mungeer, President of the Police Benevolent Association of the New York State Troopers. “Elise has always valued our mission of safety and law and order, and we have been able to count on her to be our champion in upstate New York and the North Country. Especially at a time when the ‘defund the police’ message and so-called bail reform have resulted in an ever-increasing crime rate, Elise has worked hard daily to protect our rights as law enforcement officers so that we can continue protecting our communities throughout New York. Our union looks forward to working with Elise throughout the campaign and her next term in Congress. She has our complete support.”

Additionally the New York State Police Investigators Association, Local 4, International Union of Police Associations, AFL-CIO again endorsed Congresswoman Elise Stefanik for re-election to Congress. The Investigators Association represents over 2,400 active and retired members of the New York State Police. 

For over 25 years, NYSPIA has represented the members of the Bureau of Criminal Investigation of the New York State Police.
