MASSENA -- State police say they have charged two Buffalo residents with possession of at least 10 pounds of marijuana Monday.
Felony charges of first-degree criminal possession of marijuana-10 lbs. have been lodged against Nicholas M. Camilloni, 29, and Jessa Que, 26.
They were charged at the U.S. Border Patrol station in Massena.
