CANTON -- The St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office has released the names of those charged in an indictment of what police describe as a drug trafficking network that brought narcotics to St. Lawrence County.

The arrests are part of what authorities have dubbed “Operation Drop,” which resulted in 18 arrests in May and more than 20 on Monday, Aug. 10.

Those charged in the latest round of the operation are:

Abdul Nadir Ali, 55, of Jersey City, N.J, charged with operating as a major trafficker, second-degree conspiracy, attempted first-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance.

Naaman Page, 29, of Jersey City, N.J., charged with operating as a major trafficker, second-degree conspiracy and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Delton Weller, 37, of Massachusetts, charged with first-degree criminal nuisance, second-degree conspiracy, two counts of first-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Bradley Brooks, 34, of Gouverneur, charged with second-degree conspiracy.

Jessica Castle, 39, of Massena, charged with first-degree criminal nuisance.

Pamela Cole, 39, of Ogdensburg, charged with second-degree conspiracy and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Diamond Debarros, 20, of Bayonne, N.J., charged with second-degree conspiracy, third-degree criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance.

Matthew Douillet, 27, of Massena, charged with second-degree conspiracy.

Dahtez Jones, 34, of Massena, charged with fourth-degree conspiracy.

Rauchelle Laporte, 27, of Massena, charged with fourth-degree conspiracy.

John Paul Maxwell, 32, of Massena, charged with second-degree conspiracy and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Lester McGaw, 43, of Ogdensburg, charged with second-degree conspiracy, third-degree criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance.

Brittany Miller, 28, of Watertown, charged with second-degree conspiracy, third-degree criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance.
