Rhinebeck, 31, was last seen walking towards the Oswegatchie River entering the Rensselaer Falls area.
The sheriff’s department describes Rhinebeck as 5 feet 11 inches, with blond hair and blue eyes, around 200 pounds with a medium build. He has a tattoo of a rosary around his neck and a tattoo of a star on his chest.
Rhinebeck is wearing blue jeans, t-shirt and white sneakers, the sheriff said.
