POTSDAM — A report of a possible overdose led to charges for a Brasher Falls man April 15, according to village police.
Matthew H. Boyett, 34, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs at 10:20 p.m. on Market Street, officers said.
He was issued a ticket returnable to Potsdam court at a later date, police said.
