MASSENA -- Two Norwood residents were charged with felonies stemming from a fraud complaint made to state police May 1.
Stanley J. Cline, 51, was charged with third-degree grand larceny at 8:25 p.m. on May 30, officers said.
Heather J. Merrill, 41, was charged with third-degree grand larceny at 3:10 p.m., officers said.
Cline was released on his own recognizance, police said. The arrest status for Merrill was not made public.
