POTSDAM -- Julie Wilson won the top prize at the Rotary Club of Potsdam annual Rubber Ducky Pluck in Ives Park during the Potsdam Summer Festival on Saturday, July 16.
The $500 award was donated by Dr. and Mrs. G. Michael Maresca
Proceeds from the Ducky Pluck send children with disabilities to summer camp at Dodge Pond as well as benefiting other Rotary community projects.
The other prize winners were David Burns, $150 from Plumley Real Estate; Marcy Adams, $100 in Potsdam Dollars from Pinto, Mucenski, Hooper and Van House CPAs; Richard Powers, $100 from Accountability; Ed Boyd, $50 in Potsdam Dollars from North Country Savings Bank; Larry Charleson, two Clarkson University Men's Hockey tickets from the Clarkson Athletics Department; Stephanie Wallace, two Clarkson University Men's Hockey tickets from the Clarkson Athletics Department; Laurie Thornton, $25 gift certificate from Harris Medical; Cathy McNamara, $10 gift certificate from Yum Yum's Chilly Delight; Lee Loomis, $10 gift certificate from Yum Yum's Chilly Delight; and Ed Smith, a gift basket from Midwife Sunday.
The Rotary Club of Potsdam offered sincere thanks to all prize sponsors and ticket buyers.
