POTSDAM -- Potsdam police said they charged two people with driving infractions June 23.
• Ryan J. James, 30, Parishville, was charged with failure to yield row on a right turn on Munson Street at noon. He was charged following a personal-injury accident involving a motorcycle. That incident took place June 20 around 6:45 a.m., police said.
• Shane Weller, 61, Potsdma, was cited for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation unregistered motor vehicle, improper plates and operating a motor vehicle without insurance at 8:15 p.m., police said.
Both subjects were cited and released.
