In-person children's programming to resume at Canton Free Library

CANTON — In-person children’s programming returns to the Canton Free Library in July with the Summer Library Program, “Oceans of Possibilities.”

The registration deadline is June 10.

This summer, the Canton Free Library will offer age-specific programs for children ages 18 months through 8 years.

Register these ages for their appropriate programs which will include great books, movement, crafts, games, music, and other activities.

The schedule for programs will be:

• Big Bubble Bonanza show on Friday, July 1 at 10 a.m. in the Canton Village Park

• 18- to 35-months with a caregiver meet at 10 a.m. on Thursdays

• 3- to 5-year-olds with a caregiver meet on Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m.

• 6- to 8-year-olds meet on Tuesdays at 1 p.m.

• Special all-ages events on Thursdays at 2 p.m. including Books at the Beach on July 14 at Taylor Park, and the annual Summer Library Pet Show on the 28th.

Registration for all age group sessions as well as the Pet Show is required and space is limited.
