POTSDAM -- A Parishville man was charged with several counts of criminal contempt and trespassing on Racquette Road recently, according to village police.
James R. Whalen, 31, was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal trespassing and four counts of second-degree criminal contempt, officers said.
Whalen was charged at 2:01 p.m. on June 10, police said.
There is a no trespass and two orders of protecting barring Whalen from the property.
He was remanded to St. Lawrence County jail following arraignment in Potsdam court, police said.
