COLTON — A Parishville man was charged with felony driving while intoxicated April 14 stemming from a personal-injury accident March 18 on CR 58, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Chad R. Hogle, 30, was charged with felony DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation, failure to keep right, speed not reasonable or prudent and consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle, officers said.
Hogle was charged following confirmation from a blood test taken on the day of the accident, deputies said.
His blood-alcohol content (BAC) was reportedly .22%.
Hogle was cited and released.
Deputies did not release injury details.
