OSWEGATCHIE — An Oswegatchie woman was charged July 16 after allegedly striking a victim and menacing the same person with a box-cutter, according to state police.
Troopers said they responded to a domestic incident on McCormick Road around 4:53 p.m. that day and following the investigation they charged 30-year old Judith A. Ellison.
She was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree menacing and second-degree harassment, police said.
She allegedly slapped and punched the victim, as well as menaced the same person with a box-cutter.
Ellison was cited and released.
An order of protection was issued, officers said.
