OGDENSBURG – State police charged Ronald B. Redmond, 18, of Ogdensburg with fourth degree grand larceny, auto over $100, a class E felony, and second degree harassment, physical contact, following a domestic dispute Sunday evening.

He was released on his own recognizance to appear in court at a later date.
