DEKALB — An Ogdensburg woman and Rensselaer Falls man are facing multiple charges following a domestic incident on Aug. 14, deputies say.
Karissa J. King, 28, and Kelly S. Spiak, 51, were involved in a domestic incident that led to Spiak being charged with second-degree harassment, a violation, police say.
King was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and aggravated family offense, both class E felonies, as well as second-degree harassment, police say.
King, who had an active order of protection, protecting individuals on the property where the incident occurred, violated said order, according to police.
King and Spiak were both issued appearance tickets and ordered to appear in town of Dekalb court at a later date.
