OGDENSBURG — Ogdensburg police have charged a 13-year-old with making terroristic threats, a class D felony.
Police said they were notified by Ogdensburg Free Academy staff on the morning of June 17 that the juvenile had made threats toward the school and staff members.
The police department investigated the incident and charged the 13-year-old. The juvenile’s name and other details are being withheld by investigators due to their age.
At no point were students and staff in any danger, police said.
The juvenile was turned over to a third party and will appear in family court at a later date.
