OGDENSBURG -- An Ogdensburg man is accused of a third driving while intoxicated incident within 10 years and drinking in a vehicle.
State police said they stopped Dennis M. Farrell, 43, and arrested him at 410 Cedar St. at about 1:30 p.m. Thursday.
He is charged with felony counts of DWI with two convictions in the last 10 years and aggravated unlicensed operation, along with moving from a lane unsafely and drinking in a vehicle on a highway.
Troopers report his status as held. Their investigation is continuing.
