OGDENSBURG -- A city resident was arrested and charged with rape and criminal contempt on Monday, June 22.
Police say their investigation started on June 18.
Baugher was arraigned in City Court by Justice A. Michael Gebo and released under probationary supervision, police said.
Police say also on Monday, Baugher was accused of violating an order of protection and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor, and was held pending arraignment on that charge.
