OGDENSBURG — An Ogdensburg man was arrested Thursday after allegedly raping a 15-year old girl last fall, according to Ogdensburg police.
As a result, Scott T. Murphy, 20, was charged with first-degree rape, a class B felony, police said.
Murphy was ordered held in St. Lawrence County jail on a $25,000 bail.
