OGDENSBURG -- An Ogdensburg man was charged with a felony Thursday following a stolen property complaint, according to state police.
Matthew P. McLean, 36, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, felony, at 3:55 p.m., officers said.
His arrest status was not reported.
