Residents requiring service can call the office they need assistance from for controlled entry appointments for those functions that cannot be accomplished electronically or through use of postal service, common carrier or drop box located just left of the handicap entrance on Caroline Street at city hall,” a release from the city said.

In addition, City of Ogdensburg staff offices will be closed to the public on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

For those who have a pressing matter that cannot be handled over the phone or by email, staff offices will be available on Tuesday and Thursday, by appointment only
