MORRISTOWN -- The Morristown Recreation Committee is currently seeking applicants to work with its 2019 recreation program.
The available positions are swim supervisor and two swimming instructors.
The swim supervisor would oversee the swim program and both instructors, and be a monitor on the bus that takes the children to and from the swim program site.
These positions will aide in teaching swimming skills of children ages 5 and up, three days a week (Tues-Wed-Thurs) for four weeks. A bus driver is also needed for this program transport the children to and from the swimming pool.
The program begins July 9, and run until Thursday, Aug. 1.
The committee also seeks a director for t-ball in the month of July and Kiwanis baseball and soccer in the fall.
All candidates must work well with both adults and children. Any interested parties should contact the Town of Morristown Recreation Department, Carol Woodcock, recreation director, by calling 315-375-4148 or by submitting a letter of interest to the Morristown Recreation Department, P.O. Box 240, Morristown 13664, no later than June 7.
