NORFOLK — A Madrid man was charged with rape Friday afternoon following a missing child complaint, according to state police.
Troopers said they charged an unnamed 18-year old with second-degree rape, felony, at 2 p.m.
The victim was reportedly under age 15, officers said.
The subject was released to a third party after being charged, police said.
