MASSENA — A Massena woman was charged with second-degree burglary, a felony, according to state police.
Narissa N. Joubert, 29, was charged on Sept. 19 following an incident at the Highland Nursing Home that occurred on Sept. 13, police say.
Joubert, a former employee, unlawfully entered the building during overnight hours and stole property, according to police.
She was released under the supervision of probation and is set to appear in court at a later date.
